In a traditional olive grove in Mathiatis, Cyprus, our family cultivates, nurtures, and bottles the latest harvest of έλfen from the Koroneiki variety—the olive variety richest in polyphenols. The production of έλfen olive oil harmoniously combines traditional heritage with modern techniques.

To preserve its exceptional quality and protect it from light exposure, έλfen is stored in a white matte glass bottle. Each bottle contains an extra virgin olive oil of high nutritional value, characterized by a rich aroma and unique, almost magical properties.

Our family has been professionally dedicated to cultivating our privately owned olive groves and producing olive oil since 1940. This family tradition continues through the next generation with respect, vision, and a steady gaze toward the future.
