1930's
Our beginning
The family originally began cultivating olive trees primarily for their own needs. Due to limited financial resources, they established their first groves by uprooting wild olive trees from the mountain forests and replanting them. These were then grafted with cultivated varieties. As the domestic branches grew over time, the wild growth was pruned away, allowing the trees to mature into the productive olive trees they are today.
1970's
Subsistence Farming
The family eventually turned to agriculture as a primary livelihood, expanding into the cultivation of more olive trees alongside other fruit trees and vegetable crops.
1990
Expansion of the plots
In the 1990s, the family’s olive production evolved into a professional venture. The acreage was expanded and more trees were planted, specifically selecting the Koroneiki variety as the primary crop.
